How to Make Cucumber Mint Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup cucumber juice (about 1 medium cucumber, blended and strained if needed)
- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- ⅓ cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 3 cups cold water
- 10 fresh mint leaves, lightly torn
- Ice cubes for serving
- Optional: cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Wash the cucumber and mint leaves thoroughly.
Blend or juice the cucumber until smooth to make about 1 cup of cucumber juice. If desired, strain for a smoother drink.

In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber juice, lemon juice, sugar or honey, and cold water. Stir until fully combined and the sweetener dissolves.
Tear the mint leaves slightly to release their flavor and stir them into the pitcher.
Let the lemonade sit for 10–15 minutes so the mint flavor infuses.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over top. Garnish with cucumber slices, lemon wedges, or fresh mint if desired.
Serving Tips
Serve cucumber mint lemonade ice cold for the best flavor. For a fizzy version, swap part of the water for sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
Chilling your glasses ahead of time also makes this extra refreshing on warm days.
